Creations is the teaching dining room of the culinary arts program at The Art Institute of Atlanta. Everything served at Creations is prepared by upper-level students under the supervision of expert chef instructors. The wait staff are upper-level students learning dining room management with our dining room instructor. Your support of our students' learning is very much appreciated!
Creations' tempting menu offers fine dining served in a relaxed environment. A variety of selections are offered for every course and menus change twice a quarter.

Daryl L. Shular, CCC
Culinary Arts Faculty at The Art Institute of Atlanta
Daryl Shular, CCC, has been a faculty member in the culinary arts department at The Art Institute of Atlanta since 2001. He also received his associate in arts degree in culinary arts from The Art Institute. Chef Shular's professional culinary career in Atlanta includes working his way up from sous chef at Anthony's to executive sous chef at the Buckhead Club, then banquet chef at Villa Christiana, executive chef at the Doubletree Hotel, and chef de cuisine at Spice, all in Atlanta. Chef Shular is member of the American Culinary Federation and the National Association of Catering Executives. An ACF-certified chef de cuisine, he has won more than a dozen awards, including gold medal at the Southeast Restaurant, Hotel, and Motel Show (2004); gold medal, first place, Signature Meal, at the Sysco Culinary Salon (2004); Georgia State Champions, Greater Atlanta ACF Chapter Student Culinary Team (2004); and gold medal and runner-up at the NAFEM Invitational Culinary Salon (2003).
